• If the order form does not show your country of destination, please send an e-mail to [email protected] to inquire about the shipping possibilities to your country.*Due to the current situation there might be longer shipping times and we had to take a few destinations temporary from the menu.(stated feb 2021)
• In case you want your order to be shipped to another destination than your home address, please use the inquiry form to note the alternative delivery address.
• In some country’s recipients may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The recipient must pay these additional charges for customs clearance. The Liza Witte web shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. In case of doubt, please contact your local customs office for further information.
• If you want the order to be directly delivered to someone as a gift, please mention his or her full first name and family name.
Shipment
• You will receive a confirmation including a track and trace number as soon as your items have been shipped.
• All items will be shipped with post NL or DHL. If you wish for a speedy delivery additional costs will be mentioned in advance.
• The Liza Witte web shop cannot be held responsible for the risk of loss, damage or decrease in value of the ordered items from the moment the items are shipped.
• Your shipment can only be returned complete, undamaged, unused and in the original Liza Witte gift box. The Liza Witte web shop does not accept returns unless you received the wrong item.
• The Liza Witte web shop is not responsible for shipping to a wrongly noted address on your pay pal account.
