ORDERS AND REQUESTS
• Your orders and requests will always be acknowledged by e-mail.
• We will answer your e-mails as soon as possible.
• You will receive a confirmation including a track and trace number, when your order has been sent.
• To inquire about special delivery’s and wholesale prices, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. You can also use the inquiry form.
DELIVERIES
• All items will exclusively be hand made by Liza Witte in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
• Deliveries may take some time, as all items will be hand made on order. Standard production for Silhouette Collection will take approximately 14 working day’s. Other products will take approximately 1-3 working days.
• You will be notified about the expected data of the delivery shortly after your initial order.
PACKAGING
• Silhouette Collection will come with a carefully designed gift box.
• Silhouette Collection is packed in additional temperature resistant and
shockproof outside packaging.
• The Liza Witte web shop uses as much recycled packaging materials for the outside packaging as possible.
SHIPMENT
• You will receive a confirmation as soon as your items have been shipped.
• All items will be shipped with regular DHL or PostNL. If you wish for a speedy delivery or a specific tracking number, additional costs will be mentioned in advance.
•Liza Witte is not responsible for custom fees and handling costs if orders are to be sent outside the EU
•The Liza Witte web shop cannot be held responsible for the risk of loss, damage or decrease in value of the ordered items from the moment the items are shipped. • Your shipment can only be returned complete, undamaged, unused and in the original Liza Witte box. The Liza Witte web shop does not accept returns unless you received the wrong item.
• The Liza Witte web shop is not responsible for shipping to a wrongly noted address on your pay pal account
PAYMENT
•All prices are listed in EURO.
•All prices are mentioned inclusief VAT.
•WE work with Stripe and Pay pal. Stripe is the form of payment preferred. Both accept all mayor credit cards. Stripe offers various cheaper local payment methods like IDEAL or GIROPAY for example.
You may pay by bank transfer also. Contact us via [email protected] and we will email you a pro-forma invoice detailing how to pay by bank transfer.

Delivery will take place on full payment only
•In case the Liza Witte web shop does not receive full payment within 10 days after the date of ordering, your order will be cancelled .
DESTINATIONS
• In case you want your order to be shipped to another destination than your home address, please use the inquiry form to note the alternative delivery address.
• If the order form does not show your country of destination, please send an e-mail to [email protected] to inquire about the shipping possibilities to your country.
• In some country’s recipients may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The recipient must pay these additional charges for customs clearance. The Liza Witte web shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. In case of doubt, please contact your local customs office for further information.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION & REFUND
The following terms and conditions apply to bookings for workshops via our website.
If you can’t attend the workshop, try to find a friend who would be happy to fill in your spot without extra costs.
Nevertheless, if you cancel in time we can refund part of your ticket price. We don’t refund last minute cancellations and unused gift cards.
Note that we have to prepare our workshops in advance. Cancellation or changing your ticket data implies extra work from our side and costs. Your cancelled workshop seat might not be filled on time with an alternative candidate.
Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before the Workshop Date
• Participants who cancel their reservation 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop date will receive a full refund or can choose to reschedule for another available date. You can also select products from our website for the amount paid.
Cancellations Made 7-13 Days Before the Workshop Date
• Participants who cancel their reservation between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled workshop date will receive a 50% refund. You may always transfer your spot to someone else.
Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Workshop Date
• Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date will not be eligible for a refund. You may always transfer your spot to someone else.
WORKSHOP GIFT CARDS
• If you reserve a place by email with your gift card and are unable to attend, the same rules apply as for booking on our website.You can redeem your Workshop Gift Card for products selected on our website within the validation date.We won't refund unused gift cards after the validation date.
IF WE NEED TO CANCEL:
• In the rare event that we need to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule or you can also select products from our website for the amount paid.
• Workshops with less than 3 participants will be cancelled 48 to 24 hours in advance. You will receive your money back within 7 days, alternatively you can reschedule.
